Kemberton Healthcare Services is probably the most customer-service-oriented firm that I have ever honestly experienced in revenue cycle. When it comes to motor vehicle accidents and workers' comp, there is a lot of legality around those things. I sent out a group email just saying I was new and asked for somebody to educate me about the laws that were different than what I was used to. The Kemberton Healthcare Services attorney responded really quickly and offered to get on the phone with me. The other thing that the firm does is provide a feedback group. Lots of times, we have a vendor that becomes sort of a permanent drug that we are addicted to, but Kemberton Healthcare Services is really good about bringing their attention and training back to our staff.
