Frank J. Manzella is an experienced healthcare executive and investor with broad strategic expertise and transaction experience, having executed more than $20 billion in transactions over the course of his career. Frank is currently Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Availity LLC, the nation’s leading real-time healthcare information network. Prior to Availity, he served as Chief Development Officer at Press Ganey Associates overseeing all strategic acquisitions, investments, partnerships and alliances. Previously, Mr. Manzella was SVP – Corporate Development at Change Healthcare, where he led over 20 acquisitions and strategic transactions including Change’s $500mm initial public offering (2009), $3.4 Bn take-private with Blackstone (2011) and $12 Bn merger with McKesson’s IT subsidiary (2017). While at Change, Frank also served as Chief Financial Officer for Altegra, Change’s market-leading value-based care business. His prior experience includes overseeing Corporate Development at Aptuit (outsourced pharma development services) and investment banking at Asante Partners LLC, a boutique investment bank he co-founded in 1999.

Frank is a proud “Triple Hoya” with BA, MBA, and JD degrees from Georgetown University and serves on the MBA Alumni Advisory Council at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.

Frank is also Chairman of the Michael Manzella Foundation, named in honor of his brother who passed away from cancer in 1993. The Foundation has raised and distributed more than $500,000 in grants to young people and organizations aligned with their mission of advancing education, cancer research, children’s causes, and the arts.
